Modeling and analytics capabilities inform much of our consulting work. From grid modeling to financial analysis, our analytics supports integrated resource planning, distribution system planning, clean technology roadmaps, and fossil fuel retirement analysis for our clients.
With extensive experience in techno-economic modeling of energy systems, our modelers are able to combine mathematical modeling expertise with energy market knowledge, ensuring that your data output is not only technically accurate, but designed with intention to deliver key insights.
In addition to our custom-built DER and energy storage dispatch models, we are experienced with third party licensed models and collaborate with other firms for their proprietary programs. This broad and deep experience with a variety of tools allows us to understand diverse models and methodologies and the effect of key inputs and choices on the outcome. Our modeling expertise is trusted by associations, developers, utilities, and government agencies to help them evaluate the value of clean energy and energy storage.
