Andi is a Senior Consultant in the Regulatory & Policy Innovation Practice Area. Prior to joining CEG, Andi was a manager at Solstice/Perch Power Technologies, where she managed a portfolio of over 130 community solar farms across seven states and advanced the launch of the industry in New Mexico. Before joining Solstice/Perch, Andi was a founding leadership team member of the U.S. Department of Energy’s largest formula grant program, the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. She started her career in local government innovation consulting at Boston Consulting Group’s Centre for Public Impact, in which she led research and programming to support learning from failure in the public sector.
Andi holds an A.B. from Harvard University and a Master of Science from the University of Oxford.
