Christina is a Consultant in the Regulatory and Policy Innovation practice. She has extensive experience in retail and wholesale energy market analysis, commodity strategy and execution, and behind-the-meter asset solutions. At CEG, she works with public interest organizations, consumer advocates, and utility commissions on regulatory issues involving clean energy, DER integration and grid optimization, and utility service models.
Prior to CEG, Christina was a Senior Analyst on the Market Analytics team at OnSite Partners LLC, where she provided technical and strategic deliverables to help the organization’s diverse set of clients meet their energy objectives. In this role, Christina used both qualitative and quantitative methods to conduct analytics and secure stakeholder buy-in on a variety of topics, including multi-state energy cost forecasting, Scope 1 and 2 decarbonization strategy and optimization, utility tariff maximization, strategies for participation in deregulated energy markets, and opportunities for on-site asset deployment.
Christina holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Public Administration from the John Glenn College of Public Affairs at the Ohio State University.
