Jack is a Consultant in the Advanced Rate Design practice. He specializes in rate case proceedings, developing arguments that advance policy goals and recommendations for a range of technical audiences. He provides quantitative expertise through financial analysis, energy modeling, and cost-of-service studies.
Prior to joining Current Energy Group, Jack served as a Senior Associate on RMI’s Carbon Free Buildings team, supporting policy transformation efforts to advance building electrification nationwide. He worked with public utility commissions and stakeholder groups to evaluate residential rate design solutions for affordable building electrification and cost causation. He also developed thought leadership and client support for electrification-friendly utility energy efficiency incentive programs.
Jack holds a BSE in Mechanical Engineering and master’s degrees in Energy Systems Engineering and Environment and Sustainability from the University of Michigan.
