Micah is a Consultant in the Regulatory and Policy Innovation practice at CEG. Micah specializes in innovative regulatory sandbox program design, performance-based regulation (PBR), and grid modernization.
Micah supports several projects at CEG, including Connecticut’s Innovative Energy Solutions (IES) Program to test and scale innovative distributed energy resource (DER) technologies, integrated system planning, and PBR design for an affordable, clean, and reliable electric grid.
Prior to joining CEG, Micah was a consultant with Strategen Consulting, an operations manager in the climate tech industry, and served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Mali and Benin. Micah holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from George Washington University.
