Olivia Prieto is a Manager in the Gas Utility Regulation Practice. She has nearly a decade of experience advising state agencies, advocates, utilities, and other stakeholders on utility regulation, gas transition, energy efficiency, building decarbonization, and affordability. Her work focuses on developing regulatory strategies, designing customer programs, and advancing policies that support an equitable and cost-effective energy transition.
Prior to joining Current Energy Group, Olivia was a Senior Associate at RMI, where she helped lead work on gas utility regulation and energy efficiency. Earlier in her career, she was a Senior Consultant at Concentric Energy Advisors, where she advised utility clients on regulatory strategy, performance-based regulation, and energy efficiency program design and implementation.
Olivia holds an MS in Public Policy from Georgetown University and a BA in International Relations and Global Affairs from Eckerd College.
